A plain-English statement about who we are, who we are not, and why state-level Army National Guard branding appears on pages we host. Nothing on this site is an official communication from the U.S. government.
Not a government entity
Guard Bridge LLC is a privately owned software company. The marketing site at nationalguardevents.com and the Guard Events application it represents are commercial products built and operated by Guard Bridge.
We are not the Department of Defense, the National Guard Bureau, the U.S. Army, the Army National Guard, or any state government or military organization. We do not speak on behalf of any of those entities. Nothing you read on our marketing pages is an official government communication.
Our contract relationship with states
Guard Bridge LLC is engaged by individual state Army National Guard Marketing, Recruiting, and Retention Battalions (MRRBs) as a private contractor to host and operate this commercial software. Each state partnership is its own separate written agreement — there is no blanket federal contract.
Where you see state-level branding on this site or in the app (for example, a state Guard logo, wordmark, or color palette), it appears under license granted by the participating state for use within their configured campaign. Removing a state from the product, or updating its brand usage, is handled between Guard Bridge and that state’s designated point of contact.
No endorsement of people, parties, or products
Nothing on this site should be read as an official endorsement by the Department of Defense, the National Guard Bureau, or any state of any political party, candidate, product, service, or viewpoint. Content on state-configured pages reflects the state’s own marketing goals, not federal policy and not Guard Bridge’s opinion.
Guard Bridge does not accept political advertising and does not allow the platform to be used to endorse candidates or campaigns.
Trademarks and insignia
Army National Guard, U.S. Army, and related names, seals, and unit insignia are registered trademarks of the U.S. Government, the Department of Defense, or the National Guard Bureau. Any appearance of those marks on this site is pursuant to state-level licensing where applicable, and is used only to identify the state-configured campaign the page belongs to.
Guard Bridge LLC claims no ownership of U.S. government marks. “Guard Bridge” and “National Guard Events” are our own trademarks and are not themselves government marks.
Statements about service and recruiting
Any factual statement on this site about military benefits, eligibility, pay, deployment timelines, or enlistment terms is sourced from publicly available official information at the time we wrote it. None of it should be treated as a binding offer or a personalized determination of eligibility.
For official recruiting information — including current benefit amounts, service options in your state, and whether you qualify — contact an active duty or National Guard Recruiter directly through an official recruiting channel.
Content accuracy and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep state-configured content accurate, but individual events, dates, locations, and benefit terms change and we are not always the first to know. Visitors should confirm current information with their state’s recruiting office before acting on it.
If you find something out of date or incorrect on a page we host, email us and we will route the fix to the right state contact.
