Guard Events is a product of Guard Bridge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Guard Bridge”). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to our marketing website and what we do with it. We try to keep it short and honest.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the public marketing website at nationalguardevents.com only. It does not cover the logged-in Guard Events application used by state admins, marketing NCOs, and Recruiters to run events. That application has its own privacy notice presented at sign-in and covers operational data (events, leads, RSVPs, photos) governed by the agreement signed with each state partner.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly through one of three forms on the marketing site:
- Contact and quote forms. Name, work email (typically a
.miladdress), phone number, state or unit, and the message you type in. - Subscribe form. Email address only.
- Delist-a-state form. Name, role, state, and a short message explaining the request.
We do not buy lists, scrape rosters, or enrich submissions with third-party data brokers. If a field is optional on the form, leaving it blank is fine and will not affect your request.
How we use it
We use the information you submit strictly to:
- Reply to the request you sent (a quote, a question, a delist notice).
- Send occasional product updates if you asked to be subscribed.
- Keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up accurately.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our production database and delivered to our team inbox through our transactional email provider. Both are operated by reputable US-based cloud infrastructure providers with their own security and compliance programs. Access is restricted to Guard Bridge staff on a need-to-know basis.
Tracking, ads, and analytics
The marketing site does not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, session replay tools, or third-party behavioral analytics. We do not have a Meta pixel, Google Ads tag, LinkedIn Insight tag, or similar script on the page. If we later add first-party, privacy-respecting analytics (for example, aggregate page-view counts), we will describe it here before turning it on.
Cookies
We use only the minimum cookies needed for the site to work: a session cookie to keep your form progress if you navigate away mid-form, and a preference cookie to remember things like whether you closed a banner. We do not set any third-party advertising or tracking cookies from this site.
Retention and deletion
We keep form submissions for 24 months by default, after which they are deleted in a routine sweep. If you want your record deleted sooner, email us (see the Contact section below) and we will remove it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Backups may retain a deleted record for up to 35 additional days before they age out; we will not restore deleted records from backup unless required by law.
Children under 13
This is a business-to-government marketing site. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly solicit or collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through one of our forms, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your record entirely.
- Unsubscribe from any list you are on (every email has a one-click unsubscribe).
Residents of states with specific privacy laws (for example, California or Oregon) have those statutory rights in addition to the ones above. We honor requests without charging a fee or requiring an account.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where feasible, note the change in our next subscriber email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Contact us
For any privacy question, deletion request, or correction, email contact@nationalguardevents.com. For quote requests, use the quote request form on the Start a Campaign page. For general inquiries, contact us by email.
