These terms apply to your use of the public marketing website for Guard Events, a product of Guard Bridge LLC (“Guard Bridge,” “we,” or “us”). They do not govern the logged-in Guard Events application, which is covered by a separate written agreement between Guard Bridge and each state partner.
Acceptance of these terms
By visiting any page under nationalguardevents.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please close the tab and go about your day — no further action is required.
Visiting is not a purchase
Browsing this site, reading our pages, watching a demo, or subscribing to updates does not create any obligation to buy anything. There is no click-to-purchase mechanism on the marketing site. All real commercial transactions happen after a separate, signed agreement.
Quotes and non-binding estimates
Pricing shown on the site and any figure we send in response to a quote request are non-binding estimates provided for planning purposes. They become a binding commitment only when both parties have signed a written order form or service agreement that references the specific term, scope, and fees. Until a signed agreement exists, either side may walk away for any reason with no penalty.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless we say otherwise in writing. We may adjust quotes based on factors discovered during onboarding (for example, the number of active units, required integrations, or additional brand-kit work).
Trademarks and intellectual property
“Guard Bridge,” “National Guard Events,” and the associated wordmarks and logos are trademarks of Guard Bridge LLC. The page layouts, copy, code, illustrations, screenshots, and demo data on this site are owned by Guard Bridge LLC and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law.
You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts for editorial or internal purposes. You may not copy the site in bulk, republish its code, or pass off our material as your own. All other trademarks and service marks shown on the site (including the names and insignia of military organizations) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe who we serve.
No government affiliation
Guard Events is an independent commercial product. Guard Bridge LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Army, the Army National Guard, the National Guard Bureau, the Department of Defense, or any federal or state government agency. Any reference to a state Guard organization on this site is descriptive, not a claim of endorsement.
Acceptable use
When using this site you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download pages in a way that bypasses our published interfaces or rate limits.
- Submit false information through any form — especially not to impersonate a government officer, a military commander, or any public official in order to obtain a delisting, a quote, or a response you would not otherwise receive.
- Use the site to send malware, phishing payloads, spam, or any unlawful content.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit the site’s infrastructure, or interfere with other visitors’ use of it.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice you find on the site.
We reserve the right to block IPs, refuse inquiries, and delete records that appear to violate these rules. Legitimate delist requests from a public affairs officer or state leadership are welcomed and will be honored — we only object to impersonation, not to the request itself.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites (for example, our hosting or email providers, or case studies hosted elsewhere). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
Warranty disclaimer
The marketing site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guard Bridge LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the marketing site is a guarantee of any specific business outcome for a partner state.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guard Bridge LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the marketing site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the marketing site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Product-specific liability for paying customers is governed instead by the signed service agreement.
Jurisdiction and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will try to call it out plainly on the homepage for a reasonable period.
