For coaches

FOR ATHLETIC COACHES. LEADERSHIP, FITNESS, SCHOLARSHIPS.

Your athletes already know discipline, teamwork, and how to grind. The Guard rewards that — with a fitness culture, squad-based leadership, and scholarships that stack with college athletics.

Fitness standards

THE ACFT.

The Army Combat Fitness Test is the standard. Six events, scored objectively. If your athlete trains for it they pass it. I can send you the current scoring tables plus a sample training plan your team can use in the off-season.

Leadership and team

SQUAD IS JUST A TEAM.

Everything in the Guard is squad-based. Your captain becomes a squad leader. The leadership skills your athletes already have transfer directly.

Paying for college

STACKS WITH ATHLETIC AID.

Guard tuition assistance stacks with NCAA and NAIA athletic aid in most cases. Ask me and I will run the specifics for the schools your athletes are targeting.

Can they still compete?

DRILL WEEKENDS + SEASON.

Guard Soldiers can still compete in college athletics in most cases. Drill weekends are scheduled months ahead and your athlete's unit will work with their season schedule. I'll share stories from athletes doing both right now.
